デフォルトの設定を削除します。

rm /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default

/etc/nginx/sites-available/にpterodactyl.confというファイル名で書き込みます。
<ドメイン>は，ドメインに置き換えてください。

最後に変更した内容を適用します。

# CentOSの場合であればこのコマンドは実行しなくてもよいです。
sudo ln -s /etc/nginx/sites-available/pterodactyl.conf /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/pterodactyl.conf

# OS関係なくこのコマンドは実行してください。
sudo systemctl restart nginx
